Born and raised in a small town in East Texas, Angela was the oldest of 3 siblings. Her parents separated when she was a toddler. Her father was an alcoholic and in and out of jail and homelessness. She was raised by her mother and a few different stepfathers. Angela and her siblings grew up in and around a lot of dysfunction, domestic violence, addiction and abuse.

Brown was born in New Haven, Connecticut where his show business interest began with magic. He later became interested in the art of ventriloquism and thus combined it with standup comedy. He was inspired by legendary ventriloquist Willie Tyler and Lester from the Motown Revue along with Jay Johnson who played the team of Chuck and Bob on the hit tv sitcom “Soap”.
Brown entered college at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. After graduating he relocated to the Washington, D.C. area where he really honed his skills by working at local comedy clubs like The Comedy Connection of Greenbelt, Garvin’s, The Comedy Café, and The Improv. He would work along side of Dave Chappelle, Wanda Sykes, and Chris Thomas to name a few. Willie hosted a local tv show called “The Comedy Jam” which was a follow up to “The Soul of Comedy”
Willie Brown and Woody now perform largely at churches, theaters, colleges, comedy clubs, and corporate events. Brown and his sidekick have headlined many comedy clubs throughout the country and abroad. They’ve performed numerous times overseas at U.S. military bases in Korea, Japan, Germany, and Bosnia. They have also performed in England, Amsterdam, South Africa, and the Caribbean. Brown has toured with Cedric The Entertainer, and worked with Steve Harvey, Jamie Foxx, and Mike Epps. He’s opened for a number of well known music artists including Boys To Men, Frankie Beverly & Maze, Chaka Khan, James Brown, Gladys Knight, Al Green, The Whispers and more. Exploding onto the comedy scene, Atlanta comedian Josh Harris has experienced an impressive rise over the last few years. Hailed by Creative Loafing Magazine for “combining frat boy silliness with a trap star mentality,”
his high energy performances and original material made him a semifinalist on Bill Bellamy's Who's Got Jokes. In 2009 NBC flew him to LA to compete in the finals of the nationwide talent search Stand Up for Diversity, which showcased the country's ten freshest comedians at The Comedy Store.
In 2012 he performed a nationally televised comedy set for Bounce TV's “Off The Chain” hosted by Rodney Perry from “The Monique Show.”
In 2017 he performed a nationally televised comedy set on Trinity Broadcasting Network.
In 2018 he hit viral video success garnering over 11 million views on his hilarious sketches. In 2020 Josh landed a comedy contract headlining Carnival Cruise Ships.
He's written for Cartoon Network Online, starred in a television pilot for History Channel, and in 2015 released his debut musical comedy album “I'm Here You're Welcome.” The album debuted at #3 on the iTunes comedy Charts and hit #13 on Billboard.
