• You must allow things to roll in your life
• To enjoy a life you have lived is to release control of not having that joy 
• If you are a control freak, enjoy security, it is simply because you fear the opposite of these things
• You cannot learn the Law of Allowing; you have to become it
• If you don’t release control, you’re going to poison your reality
• If it’s a reality in your life, it is seeds you’re letting go
• You don’t have what you want in your life because roots don’t grown in your hand
• You can’t tuck in your blessing
• When there’s a hurricane in your life, enjoy it, because when God gets done blowing you around, your feet are going to be where you prayed them to be
• Do not judge your self worth when there’s a hurricane in your life
• Until you accept where you are, you can’t move from where you are
• Make sure the things you desire come from within you, not from what other people expect or want from you
• To speed up, stop correcting people
• Forgiveness is the only way to stop the will of karma

Mastering The Receiving Mode

When who you are is pure positive energy, and if you are asking for something that forces you to continue to evolve, then thoughts and feelings you begin to experience become really strong.

When you decide that you don’t like you or what you did, it becomes the most devastating thing you could do to your desires and dreams.

You can never go back to anything and fix anything, you are only always becoming more.

Regret is full separation form your inner being. As long as you are in regret, you separate yourself from the power that Source you creates on this earth.

1. Recognize that all your experiences have been blessed

• When you go though something, analyze and find love and light within it
• The only thing you have to do on this earth is:
• Experience everything you desire
• Analyze all those things
• Understand why you did them
• Accept that you did them
• Along your path, teach others
• Nothing is meant to overcome
• You were sent here to create those things to overcome
• If you need to overcome something, that thing is now powerful than you
• Everyone creates their perfect reality, and everything is acceptable to each person that does them.
• Every victim call forth, attracts, and creates their oppressor, and every oppressor calls forth their victims.

Part 2: Karma

• Everything comes back as karma
• Antonio defines karma as the harvest that comes back to you from the seeds you plant.
• Each harvest is fair and kind, even when it hurts.

Here is my full moon meditation. I hope it finds you well and that you use it as often as you wish.

The frequencies within this meditation are two-fold. One for “Light” and one for “Back To God Form”

528 Hz – Used to return human DNA to its original, perfect state.  If it is used in a way described in Webster’s dictionary – by communicating the wanted effect and with energy support from the “light” – miracles will happen! The process of DNA reparation is followed by beneficial effects – increased amount of life energy, clarity of mind, awareness, awakened or activated creativity, ecstatic states like deep inner peace, dance, and celebration. It also opens the person for deep spiritual experiences and spiritual enlightenment.

963 Hz – This tone awakens any system to its original, perfect state. It is connected with the Light and all-embracing Spirit, and enables direct experience, the return to Oneness. This frequency re-connects you with the Spirit or the non-vibrational energies of the spiritual world. It will enable you to experience Oneness – our true nature.

What are the Solfeggio frequencies?

The solfeggio frequencies are part of the olden six-tone scale believed to have incorporated scared music, inclusive of the famous and beautiful Gregorian Chants.

The unique tones and chants are found to impart spiritual blessings when they are played harmoniously. Every solfeggio tone comprises frequencies necessary for balancing energy, keeping the spirit, mind, and body in a perfect form of harmony.

Solfeggio is the use of sol-fa syllables to note scale tones, that is, solemnization. Solfeggio is also known as a singing exercise where syllables will be used other than using texts. There exist two types of solfeggio: the movable-do and the fixed-do.

Antonio T. Smith, Jr. Guided Meditation

I lived in a trashcan for so long, it might be in my birth certificate. From 6-15, I was left completely alone. I was distressed. I was abandoned. I was left to my own devices. One of those devices was my mind. It turned out to be the best device possible.
