Only You know what feels right for You.
Today's LAFFirmation: I always do what feels right for Me
Breathe in and sigh as you exhale.
Breathe in and smile as you exhale.
Breathe in and and laugh gently as you exhale.
When you laugh, you boost your energy. When you boost your energy, you become more connected to your intuition and can make choices based on what feels feels right for you.
------------------------------
What's a LAFFirmation?
We are choosing to affirm a thought that feels good, breathe, and laugh.
This powerful combination helps us find relief, feel better, and allows more fun things to flow into our lives.
We are choosing to laugh as an exercise for the wellbeing of the mind, body, and spirit.
Laughter Yoga is not comedy. It's an exercises and practice.
The body can't distinguish between spontaneous "real" laughter or simulated laughter. Even if we are simulating (or faking) the laughter, we are still getting all of the incredible benefits of laughter. How cool is that!
Be gentle with yourself.
Remember, choosing to laugh is a practice, and one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

Welcome to Day 28 of our 30-Day Laughter Challenge!
Let's be real. I don't always feel like laughing. I'm human too. It's in these moments that I realize it's time to choose to laugh so I can find relief and feel better.
The Name Game is a fun way to simulate laughter as an exercise!
Laugh with me and Yorick (my new co-host) as we introduce ourselves and laugh.
Now it's YOUR turn! What's your name?
It's so nice to meet and laugh with you!
