📍 Russian foreign experience in ensuring the criminal liability of Siamese twins;

📍development of the institution of criminal liability for Siamese twins in the future.

В ходе дискуссии были затронуты следующие аспекты:

📍гуманные способы осуществления эвтаназии;

📍возможное законодательное установление возраста, с которого должно быть разрешено проведение эвтаназии;

📍суицидальный туризм как последствие запрета эвтаназии во многих странах.

Euthanasia of people & animals in a modern legal state: is the right to death realized?

Euthanasia is a procedure for the voluntary termination of a person's life at his own request. Usually, there are indications for the procedure in the form of an incurable disease or unbearable suffering.

💬As part of the meeting, the participants of the discussion platform answered the key question of the meeting: "Euthanasia of people and animals in a modern legal state - is the right to die realized"?

During the discussion, the following aspects were touched upon:

📍humane methods of euthanasia;

📍possible legislative establishment of the age from which euthanasia should be allowed;

📍 suicide tourism as a consequence of the ban on euthanasia in many countries.

📌Всемирный день поэзии был учрежден ЮНЕСКО в резолюции 30-й сессии Генеральной конференции ЮНЕСКО, принятой 15 ноября 1999 года. ЮНЕСКО отмечает, что цель учреждения праздника — «придать новый импульс и новое признание национальным, региональным и международным поэтическим движениям».

📍роль Бернской конвенции по охране литературных и художественных произведений в 2021 году (в вопросах литературных произведений); 

📍зарубежное и российское правовое регулирование литературных произведений, относящихся к «общественному достоянию» в 2021 году;

📍обзор зарубежной и российской судебной практики по данным вопросам.

📌 World Poetry Day was established by UNESCO in the resolution of the 30th session of the General Conference of UNESCO, adopted on November 15, 1999. UNESCO notes that the purpose of the establishment of the holiday is "to give new impetus and new recognition to national, regional and international poetic movements."

💬As part of the round table, the participants of the discussion platform answered the key question of the meeting: “How do the institutions of law and poetry coexist in the modern world?”.

During the discussion, the following aspects were touched upon:

📍copyright for literary works in foreign countries;

📍 copyright for literary works posted in the public domain;

📍problems and prospects of foreign and Russian legislation on copyright in the field of works of literature;

📍 right of authorship and the right of the author to a name in the field of works of literature;

📍the role of the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works in 2021 (in matters of literary works);

📍foreign and Russian legal regulation of literary works related to the "public domain" in 2021;

📍A review of foreign and Russian judicial practice on these issues.
