  • Untitled, by Norman Corwin

Our Norman Corwin celebration continues with,  Untitled. This poetic, heartfelt drama is a showcase for Corwin's lyrical reach and his engagement in the war effort.  This play enjoyed a follow-up production by the BBC, but we've never been able to find a recording. Part of the "Columbia Presents Corwin" series - original broadcast date is April 18th, 1944. Note: this is only one week after "You Can Dream, Inc." and the contrast of tone and dramaturgical approach is stunning.  This Lawrence Theatre of the Air version was recorded live in the F. Theodore Cloak Theatre on the Campus of Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin in 2002.
