Its already Day 97 and Mara is proving to be a bit difficult in days where temperatures are over 75 degrees.  To get my 8 hours in wearing the dress, I have to be focused and creative.  I also had a pretty significant incident that could have propelled me from the challenge on day 95.  Have I lost my focus on why I'm doing this challenge?

If there is anything that someone who wears black almost exclusively hears is, they have a summer wedding to attend and the bride requests no black.  Eeek!  what is this plus-size woman to do?  Wear a different wool dress?  Find some other alternative?  It is inspiring me to do a lot of panic buying trying to figure it out.  I'm also intrigued by the idea of a capsule wardrobe that some other women in the challenge are doing.

Day 45 - a little less than halfway through the 100 day dress challenge.  Like most of the women posting in the Facebook group for the 100 Day Dress challenge - I've become obsessed with Wool Clothing.  So I've been buying wool clothing for when my challenge is over on May 21st.  And I've been sourcing wool clothing from other companies.  And Failing on not buying clothes during this 100 days. But I have Keto results that are exciting!

A third of the way into the challenge and I suddenly am trying to source every wool clothing item out there that is affordable.  And totally blowing my spending moratorium.  But I'm also concerned about the arrival of blue skies and warmer temperatures.  Will I meet the challenge requirements of wearing at least 8 hours a day if we have a warm spring?

The things you learn from your facebook groups.  Did you know that regular deodorant can harm your wool clothing?  I didn't either.  I'm sharing what I'm doing to keep Mara in perfect smelly free condition.  And the Keto update and my dreams of smaller sizes in my future.

It is seventeen days into the challenge and I'm finding it hard not to order more clothes or shoes, but I have made progress on getting rid of stuff.  So excited to keep doing this challenge as its made me realize how many items in my closet I do not wear more than once a year.  In addition to my original goals, I've also added a new keto plan to the mix.  These daily selfies are making me realize that I should just get onto clean eating on Keto rather than waiting.  #LBDfor100days

This day started off so magical...You know those days when you are thrilled with your outfit? Yep I had one of those, until I ate the sandwich. Never again. #LBDfor100DAYS

Today it was all about comfy cozy rather than fashionable.  I paired Mara with fleeced leggings, slip on canvas sneakers and a gray wool scarf/shawl over the top.  Then while cleaning and putting stuff away from last week's camping trip, I discovered a black velvet skater skirt with gold stars, so I put that over the top of Mara because why not be a princess for the day inside my house.  On the facebook page, I showed it with a snap chat pic with me wearing a crown - LOL!  #LBDfor100days

Day 3 of the challenge, and we are in the grips of a snow storm in the Pacific Northwest.  Today, I paired the Mara with faux leather leggings, a duster sweater and a pair of baretraps faux shearling boots in gold.  I felt fancy all day long and Mara kept me cozy.  I was not part of the sweat pants crowd today.  #LBDfor100Days
