Egypt Promised to protect Israel in a time of need,

But when push came to shove, Egypt was as flimsy as a reed.

On that day, Hashem will cause the might of Israel to sprout,

And the world will know Hashem throughout!

Days are coming when Yaakov will take root,

Israel will bud and flourish, and will fill the earth with fruit!

When the great shofar will be blown,

Hashem's name will be known!

Dovid's life was ending and Shlomo's reign began,

Shlomo is told to be strong and become a man.

Shlomo should rule with the justice he discerns,

If he walks in Hashem's ways, he'll succeed wherever he turns!

Yehuda and Yosef will form one tablet in you hand,

The Jews will be gathered and taken to their land.

In the end, idolatry will yield,

And a covenant of peace will be forever sealed!

Both Paroh and Shlomo awoke from a dream,

Shlomo's wisdom made him esteemed.

The woman that said "give the child to the other,"

Shlomo reasoned that she had to be the mother!
