Our deepest need is to belong and that belonging is ours in the family of God. 

The best most blissful of earthly marriage is no more than a temporary foreshadowing of the eternal joy of our true marriage. 

Our position before God is as secure as our enemy’s defeat is certain.

The joy that is Christ’s now is promised to us in the kingdom, and since it is promised to us in the kingdom, it can be ours now.

The victory of Jesus Christ is inevitable, incontestable, and indestructible. Our victory with him is unquestionable.  

The staggering joy awaiting the people of God in the coming age is so surpassingly great as to make the trials of the current age worth enduring.

Hope for God’s people in this broken world consists in remembering our true identity—that we are citizens of his kingdom, not of this world.

One of the most dangerous temptations for God’s people is the temptation to earthly power. True power is wielded by the Lamb.

God’s wrath against sin is just and right, which makes his mercy to sinners that much more astounding.
