In this episode of the Simplify Leadership podcast, Sheree Comninellis, CEO of Lead with Sheree, interviews guest Liz Robinson, Chief Strategy Officer and Founder at LRobinspires, about how to build your dream team, your way.

Liz has been a leader in implementing strategic brand and marketing programs for over 30 years. She held leadership roles at Sallie Mae Bank, Upromise Investments, Fidelity Investments, Trinity Communications, and other leading financial firms and marketing agencies. Liz is now dedicated to inspiring non-profits, women-owned and small businesses, and start-ups to successfully grow, increase awareness, and make positive change. 

In this episode, Liz shares her journey is growing her team, from her first hire to the wonderful team she enjoys working with today. Liz allows us to learn more about her team structure, and what she looks for when hiring new team members. In this episode of the Simplify Leadership podcast, Sheree Comninellis, CEO of Lead with Sheree, interviews guest Angelika Collisi, Leadership Coach from Pampiloxa, about how we can own our power in our leadership journey.

Angelika Collisi helps women leaders step into the power of their unique strengths so they can lead with confidence. She has 15+ years of experience in leading international IT projects and change management initiatives. As a social psychologist and holistic healer, she combines the inner work of mindset and emotion management with the practical and operational of team development and leadership in corporate organizations. 

In this episode, Angelika shares about her first ever leadership position in her corporate career and the joys and challenges that came with that. She also tells us how she moved from working in corporate to now leading her own business and we discuss how leading your own company is different to leading a corporate organization.

We then focus on the concept of ‘power’ and Angelika walks us through what power is and what it isn’t, and the reasons we should own our power leaders. She shares what owning your power may look like, and the strategies you can use to find and access your power. We also discuss how you can notice when you are not within your power and the strategies you can use to get it back. Angelika also shares her unique strengths that she brings as a leader, and her recipe for team performance success.
