LDS AND MEDIUM PODCAST BACKGROUND:
I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, or LDS for short. All my life I felt awkward and out of place, not because of my religion, but because of my spiritual gifts. It was hard to combine the idea of what first seemed like two separate worlds. So my whole life I have tried. I have learnt more about my gifts, and stayed faithful to my faith. But then I heard people left the church because it seems impossible to combine the two. So I am here, to try and mend the rift. To show that it is possible to be both LDS and to have, and use, our spiritual gifts. I am not alone on this journey, but my sister, who just is waking up to her spiritual gifts is by my side and she will also share her story.

Jesus Christ, our older brother, was a healer. He asked us to love one another. So let´s follow in his footsteps. Please join me on this journey, let´s make a community of strong spiritual LDS, or whatever religion you belong to, and all work together to make this world a better place.

Body Meditation

Last episode we released was Episode 35. We are going through our bodies and I have also inserted silent energy recodes throughout!  Stay healthy!

EPISODE 35: Slow and Steady Wins the Race + Body Meditation

Life is a gift and sometimes it disappears way to fast. I got some very sad news about a friend of mine, but knowing that I am alive and I have a purpose helps me take one step at a time. Like the turtle beating the hare. Slow and steady wins the race, every time! There is also a Body scan Meditation, so you can check in on your body, and embedded in it is also a recode! 107 Bonus Episode (Thoughts): Patriarchal Blessings

A patriarchal blessing is eternal, and its promises may extend into the eternities. If one is worthy, all promises will be fulfilled in the Lord's due time. I got my blessing when I was 18 and since my sister is here we had a conversation about our blessings. We took them out a few weeks ago, and we shared them with each other, since we are on this path together, and it brought yet another angle to my blessing as she saw other things in it than I did. Today at church my sister was visiting and our Bishop talked about Crystals in Sunday school! I love stones and crystals, always have, always will! But like to many other things in life, it is what you do with the crystals that counts. You can use them to help you heal and raise your vibration, but I do not use them for bad purposes and I do not worship my  crystals, just let them help me to become a better me! So here it is!

Find Your Dream Meditation

Last episode we released was Episode 34. It come with a Look At Your Life Exercise. Like we use to do, we also release the Meditation separate from the episode, so when you just want to listen to the meditation, you don´t have to listen to the episode every time, unless you want to of course!
