I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, or LDS for short. All my life I felt awkward and out of place, not because of my religion, but because of my spiritual gifts. It was hard to combine the idea of what first seemed like two separate worlds. So my whole life I have tried. I have learnt more about my gifts, and stayed faithful to my faith. But then I heard people left the church because it seems impossible to combine the two. So I am here, to try and mend the rift. To show that it is possible to be both LDS and to have, and use, our spiritual gifts. I am not alone on this journey, but my sister, who just is waking up to her spiritual gifts is by my side and she will also share her story.

Jesus Christ, our older brother, was a healer. He asked us to love one another. So let´s follow in his footsteps. Please join me on this journey, let´s make a community of strong spiritual LDS, or whatever religion you belong to, and all work together to make this world a better place.

102 Bonus Episode (Thoughts): Who am I Activity

Well this week was hectic as it is summer here in Sweden and I had family visiting from up north! It was great, but at the same time I am behind on the things I had planned to do. But that is ok, I had a lovely time, but this weeks episode will be released next week instead. And as we have different vacations planned, me and my sister, we will try to get the episodes done before we travel so that we still can release 1 per week! 

So this week I will release the Meditation from last week: It is called the "Who am I Activity" and it can also be called the "Different Lenses Meditation". It is always good to know oneself, so feel free to do this once in a while.

EPISODE 33: Finding Yourself + Different Lenses Meditation

Life gave me its greatest gift: the possibility to find myself again! I had been lost for so long, maybe I never really found myself. Not my real me. So the Universe had to shake things up, and I came out a winner! I didn´t feel like that at  the time, but time has given me perspective! 099 Bonus Episode (Book of Mormon): 2 Nephi Chapter 1

Today I start a new chapter! 2 Nephi!  Feel free to read the Book of Mormon faster than I do here on the show.  But here are my favorite parts of this chapter! :)  The next episode that will be on the 2023-07-07. But since I don´t want you to have to wait a whole month for an episode so I decided to add in shorter bonus episodes in between. Once a week to be more exact! This weeks episode I will do another chapter from the Book of Mormon, which is an LDS scripture. We see it as another testament of Jesus Christ, to be used alongside with the Holy Bible. So I will read the whole book, chapter by chapter, and look for the spiritual elements that can be found it it and draw references to my own life.

Find Your Dream Meditation

Last episode we released was Episode 32. It come with a Find Your Dream Meditation. Like we use to do, we also release the Meditation separate from the episode, so when you just want to listen to the meditation, you don´t have to listen to the episode every time, unless you want to of course! 

Like with any new habit that you are trying to develop, it is good if you do the meditation at least 21 days in a row, and then watch how your life changes!
