In this series I will talk about the differences between Men and Women, so we can understand each other and communicate better. I found some great resources that I am using and which brought great awareness to my life, so if I ever get a chance at love again, I will not waste a second of it!

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, or LDS for short. All my life I felt awkward and out of place, not because of my religion, but because of my spiritual gifts. It was hard to combine the idea of what first seemed like two separate worlds. So my whole life I have tried. I have learnt more about my gifts, and stayed faithful to my faith. But then I heard people left the church because it seems impossible to combine the two. So I am here, to try and mend the rift. To show that it is possible to be both LDS and to have, and use, our spiritual gifts. I am not alone on this journey, but my sister, who just is waking up to her spiritual gifts is by my side and she will also share her story.

Jesus Christ, our older brother, was a healer. He asked us to love one another. So let´s follow in his footsteps. Please join me on this journey, let´s make a community of strong spiritual LDS, or whatever religion you belong to, and all work together to make this world a better place.

090 Bonus Episode (Thoughts): Last Session for a While

Today was a great day but a sad day. Our Temple is closing for renovation for 3 years. I understand the need but I will miss being able to go as frequently. But let me tell you a little bit about what thoughts I had today when I was in the Temple with my sister. Because it was truly a  day filled with love and happiness.

088 Bonus Episode (Book of Mormon): 1 Nephi Chapter 22

Finally I am at the end of 1 Nephi! Feel free to read the Book of Mormon faster than I do here on the show.  But here are my favorite parts of this chapter! :)  The next episode that will be on the 2023-04-04. But since I don´t want you to have to wait a whole month for an episode so I decided to add in shorter bonus episodes in between. Once a week to be more exact! This weeks episode I will do another chapter from the Book of Mormon, which is an LDS scripture. We see it as another testament of Jesus Christ, to be used alongside with the Holy Bible. So I will read the whole book, chapter by chapter, and look for the spiritual elements that can be found it it and draw references to my own life.

True Essence Meditation (10 minutes paus)

Last episode we released was Episode 029. It come with a True Essence Meditation. Like we use to do, we also release the Meditation separate from the episode, so when you just want to listen to the meditation, you don´t have to listen to the episode every time, unless you want to of course! We also made 2 versions, one with a 5 minute paus and one with a 10 minute paus. During the paus, just stay quiet and see what comes to you. Feel free to ask questions and wait for an answer. Remember all things that brings you closer to God and Christ are good!

Like with any new habit that you are trying to develop, it is good if you do the meditation at least 21 days in a row, and then watch how your life changes!
