One could think that the opposite of Fear is Courage, but it´s not. Fear allows ut to be courageous, but the opposite of Fear is actually Faith. This episode is all dedicated to Fear, and how we should not let it control us our our lives. Although we are living in times where fear, anger and frustration might be all around us, we must be able to let go of it all and just... believe.

074 Bonus Episode (Thoughts): Q & A Part 2

Ask, and you shall recieve. Well one person did reach out on Social Media and I think that we had a good conversation. I also asked if I could use the questions as a part of an episode, so here is an episode that I recorded with my sister. She asks the questions that was sent in, and I do my best to reply, from the knowledge I have and what rings true to me. Yesterday we released Part 1 and today Part 2 for this week, so you wouldn´t have to wait for so long! We did manage to get everything into Part 2 so there will be no Part 3! Have a great week!

EPISODE 23: The 9 9 Gateway and Energy for Change

This is the 9th monthly episode of season 2 and we are already on 23 monthly episodes! I guess that makes next month our 2 year anniversary!  The Universe has a sense of humor and we really got to feel it this month! I asked my sister to write an episode about numerology because I felt like I did not have the time. She did write the episode, but forgot to tell me that it was ready in our drive. So I ended up writing and recording another episode. And then I found hers, and I recorded it as well. So came the choice of which one to release. My sister said she would release both of them, but the Universe wanted differently. So after she edited all of my episode, and was saving it right after my: Shine! The program closed down and she lost it all. So we guess that it is her episode that is being released today and mine will just have to come next week! 

Our next episode will be 2022-09-09. But of course there will be episodes in between, and if all goes well even more than 1 bonus episode per week! Be the Light. Share the Light. Spread the Light. Shine!

071 Bonus Episode (Book of Mormon): 1 Nephi Chapter 19

This summer maybe things did not turn out the way there were planned to, but the way they were supposed to?  The next episode that will be on the 2022-09-09. But since I don´t want you to have to wait a whole month for an episode so I decided to add in shorter bonus episodes in between. Once a week to be more exact! This weeks episode I will do another chapter from the Book of Mormon, which is an LDS scripture. We see it as another testament of Jesus Christ, to be used alongside with the Holy Bible. So I will read the whole book, chapter by chapter, and look for the spiritual elements that can be found it it and draw references to my own life. For you who read this: I am in a very intense period of my life, which has to do with my soul purpose and my future career and a much needed professional change, so just stay with us for a few episodes and we will update you on what is happening!

One of my favorite Korean artists released a new song called: Rocking Chair. Jay B translated the song into English and posted it on his Instagram, and as I was writing todays episode this song kept playing on repeat in my mind. On the 8/8 we released Episode 022. At the end I read the poem: Footprints in the Sand. Like always I like to release the poem separate from the episode, so when you just want to listen to just the poem, you don´t have to listen to the episode every time, unless you want to of course!

This poem always gives me hope and helps me feel loved, so it is very dear to me. I hope that it can help you in your life, as it has in mine. Like with any new habit that you are trying to develop, it is good if you do the meditation at least 21 days in a row, and then watch how your life changes!
