063 Bonus Episode (Thoughts): Finger Killers

Online it is so easy to hide, and some people use this in order to write whatever they like, being it true or not, and they do not worry about hurting or even destroying another person. I think that it has become too easy to not care about others feelings, and we have to find a way back and to think about every person as we meet as our sister or brother. So don´t let your fingers "kill" others online, write kind words of encouragement and follow in the footsteps of our loving Saviour and older brother, Jesus Christ.

062 Bonus Episode (Book of Mormon): 1 Nephi Chapter 17

I cannot believe that half of this year has gone. It feels like we just started 2022! The next episode that will be on the 2022-07-07. But since I don´t want you to have to wait a whole month for an episode so I decided to add in shorter bonus episodes in between. Once a week to be more exact! This weeks episode I will do another chapter from the Book of Mormon, which is an LDS scripture. We see it as another testament of Jesus Christ, to be used alongside with the Holy Bible. So I will read the whole book, chapter by chapter, and look for the spiritual elements that can be found it it and draw references to my own life. For you who read this: I am in a very intense period of my life, which has to do with my soul purpose and my future career and a much needed professional change, so just stay with us for a few episodes and we will update you on what is happening!

Yesterday we released Episode 020: Emotions. With this months episode: There is the Double Bubble Recode. Like we use to do, we also release the Meditation separate from the episode, so when you just want to listen to the meditation, or in this case the recode, you don´t have to listen to the episode every time, unless you want to of course! 

Like with any new habit that you are trying to develop, it is good if you do the meditation at least 21 days in a row, and then watch how your life changes!
