035 Bonus Episode (Book of Mormon): 1 Nephi Chapter 11 - The Tree of Life part 2

The next episode that will be released is Episode 12! It´s coming on the 2021-10-10. We are coming up on the 1 year anniversary of the podcast in November and getting really close to 4000 downloads. Thank you all! We release one episode per month but since I don´t want you to have to wait a whole month for an episode so I decided to add in shorter bonus episodes in between. Once a week to be more exact! This weeks episode I will do another chapter from the Book of Mormon, which is an LDS scripture. We see it as another testament of Jesus Christ, to be used alongside with the Holy Bible. So I will read the whole book, chapter by chapter, and look for the spiritual elements that can be found it it and draw references to my own life. This is part 2 when Nephi (the son of Lehi) asks about the meaning of Lehis story of The Tree of Life. In Chapter 8 I talked about Lehis original vision.

Everybody has hardships in their lives. The difference lies in how we view them and how we react to them. I have already decided that my hardships will not break me, they will make me stronger. They will teach me things and I will grow and become a better me every day! So face them with hope, with gratitude and be thankful that you are alive! You can use this affirmations, say them out loud, repeat them, make them a part of who you are. Reprogram yourself for greateness! 

Like with any new habit that you are trying to develop, it is good if you do the meditation at least 21 days in a row, and then watch how your life and old thought patterns changes!

EPISODE 11: IT´S OK NOT TO BE OK + Overcoming Hardship Affirmations

It is already September and fall is almost here. But the summer decided to linger just a little bit longer so the past week has been warm like summer during the day. But the evenings are chilly, just like life can be. In this episode I am talking about some hard times in my life, things that I had to overcome. What doesn´t kill you makes you stronger, and this past year has made me really strong. And I can feel it! My own personal power! So I´m sharing some moments in my life and shows some examples on how to get through the steps of grief. Be the Light, Share the Light, Spread the Light and Shine!

034E Bonus Episode (Thoughts): Tony Robbins Day 3 Episode 5 - Decisions Are The Worst?

It has been a while since January when me and my sister did the Tony Robbins "New World New You" challenge. We talked about it in Bonus episode 008! So we thought about how we best could present that we went through during these 5 days, or 6 if we count the bonus day! In these episodes I am talking to my sister and we have a conversation about what we went through and thoughts we had during these days. We soon realized that we had a lot of pages of notes to cover so we decided that we will do 5 episodes for each day, that way we could make shorter episodes but we decided to release all 5 episodes the same week! So this is the fifth and last episode of this Day 3, and were we ask the question "Decisions Are The Worst"?

034D Bonus Episode (Thoughts): Tony Robbins Day 3 Episode 4 - Fear of Failure

It has been a while since January when me and my sister did the Tony Robbins "New World New You" challenge. We talked about it in Bonus episode 008! So we thought about how we best could present that we went through during these 5 days, or 6 if we count the bonus day!
