The Ho'oponopono meditation has its tradition in Hawaii and it helped me a lot when it came to Forgiveness. So I thought I´d share my version with you, together with Affirmations at the end and I hope that it will help you too. Since I got requests for a longer Ho'oponopono meditation I decided to make a 15 minute meditation and also a 60 minute one. (That one is up next!) Enjoy!

Like with any new habit that you are trying to develop, it is good if you do the meditation at least 21 days in a row, and then watch how your life and old thought patterns changes!

EPISODE 9: FORGIVENESS + Ho'oponopono Meditation and Affirmations

It is already July and time for another episode! Summer is here and it is hot in Sweden and it is also vacation time. Time to rest and also, for me... a time to think about Forgiveness, since today is the International Day of Forgiveness. I have included a meditation with affirmations after, so hope you enjoy that. This particular meditation helped me to move forward, to embrace my new me and to not get stuck in the past. Be the Light, Share the Light, Spread the Light and Shine!

027 Bonus Episode (Book of Mormon): 1 Nephi Chapter 8 - The Tree of Life part 1

The next episode that will be released is Episode 9! It´s coming on the 2021-07-07. But since I don´t want you to have to wait a whole month for an episode so I decided to add in shorter bonus episodes in between. Once a week to be more exact! This weeks episode I will do another chapter from the Book of Mormon, which is an LDS scripture. We see it as another testament of Jesus Christ, to be used alongside with the Holy Bible. So I will read the whole book, chapter by chapter, and look for the spiritual elements that can be found it it and draw references to my own life. This is part 1 of Lehis story of The Tree of Life. In Chapter 11 I will talk about the meaning of the vision.

026E Bonus Episode (Thoughts): Tony Robbins Day 2 Episode 5 - Build Your Brand
In January me and my sister did the Tony Robbins "New World New You" challenge and I talked about it in Bonus episode 008! So we thought about how we best could present that we went through during these 5 days, or 6 if we count the bonus day! In these episodes I am talking to my sister and we have a conversation about what we went through and thoughts we had during these days. We soon realized that we had a lot of pages of notes to cover so we decided that we will do 5 episodes for each day, that way we could make shorter episodes but we decided to release all 5 episodes the same week!
