018 Bonus Episode (Thoughts & Training): Weekend With My Aunt
I rarely have time to go meet my family and friends but this episode is about a weekend that I went to my Aunts house and we talked and laughed and cried and everything in between. We talked about a spiritual event that happened to me as her younger brother, my uncle, passed away. And how "co-incidences" led us both to 1 Nephi chapter 4. Episode 6: I BELIEVE IN CHRIST

It is early April and months are going fast! Last month we celebrated our 1000 downloads, thank you all! And now we are 2 away from having another 500! I am sure we will reach that today! 

So Easter is about Christ, our Saviour and here is our 2021-04-04 episode: I believe in Christ!!! This episode is about what Christ did for everyone of us, how my own pain and suffering makes me understand him better and it ends as a testimony that for me, Christ is my Saviour and my older brother!  After the episode I included the Connect to the Christ Light Meditation for you! So reflect on Christ this Easter, his Atonement. Be happy you are alive, that your suffering is nowhere close to what he went through. Remember that you are a Child of God, we are all brothers and sisters and through Christ, we can all live forever if we want to and make an effort! Be kind to yourself and to others! And remember to: Be the Light, Share the Light, Spread the Light and Shine!

Our next episode will be released on the 2021-05-05! Of course there will be plenty of Bonus episodes released in between, so please check back with us often as we keep adding on new episodes!

016E Bonus Episode (Thoughts): Tony Robbins Day 1 Episode 5 - The Four Parts of You
In January me and my sister did the Tony Robbins "New World New You" challenge and I talked about it in Bonus episode 008! So we thought about how we best could present that we went through during these 5 days, or 6 if we count the bonus day! So we decided that this would be an excellent opportunity to introduce you to my sister and that we could have a conversation about what we went through and thoughts we had during these days. We soon realized that we had a lot of pages of notes to cover so we decided that we will do 5 episodes for each day, that way we could make shorter episodes but we decided to release all 5 episodes the same week! To release one every day was not possible this week, but we decided to use the weekend as well! So this is the fifth episode of Day 1, and we talk about "The Four Parts of You." Did you know what inside of us, there are many different kinds of personalities that we use at different times. Sometimes you are a Warrior, sometimes a Magician. This episodes talks about that and we also talk a little bit about the podcast and our lives at the end! This was an incredible week for us: 5 episodes in a week! And we´ll do it again, when we talk about Day 2!

Bonus Episode 015 - Book of Mormon - 1 Nephi Chapter 4

The next episode that will be released is Episode 6! It´s coming on the 2021-04-04 on the Easter Holiday. It will be about Christ and the Atonement and will include a Meditation. But since I don´t want you to have to wait a whole month for an episode so I decided to add in shorter bonus episodes in between. Once a week to be more exact! Because next week will be a special week (I will talk more about it soon) this week I will do another chapter from the Book of Mormon, which is an LDS scripture. We see it as another testament of Jesus Christ, to be used alongside with the Holy Bible. So I will read the whole book, chapter by chapter, and look for the spiritual elements that can be found it it. 

Next week, we are doing things a little bit different yet again! We are doing our first Sister-Episodes, in which me and my sister will talk about our Tony Robbins "New World New You" experience in our 5 day challenge in January 2021. Because it has a lot of material, we decided to do 5 shorter episodes per Tony Robbins Challenge Day! So there will be a lot of episodes. So next week we will talk about the first day, for the entire week!
