014 Bonus Episode (Thoughts & Training): Growing Pains
As my children´s bodies grew they experienced pains in their bodies. This past year I have experienced a personal growth, not of my body, but of my being. And it has also been a very painful experience. But I try to focus on the positive growth and not on the sometimes excruciating pain! I have included a story of a Blacksmith that I heard in church, that explains why we, as righteous followers of Christ, have to experience hardships. It brings me hope and I hope that it will do so for you too, if you have similar experiences to me.
Our next episode will be released on 2021-04-04 and because of the Easter holiday it will be about Christ! But in between our monthly episodes there will be a bonus episode every week AND in 2 weeks we have a special week. It will be our first Sister-Episode, were me and my sister have a conversation and we will go through the first day of our Tony Robbins Experience and release 1 episode per day for 5 days in a row! I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, or LDS for short. All my life I felt awkward and out of place, not because of my religion, but because of my spiritual gifts. It was hard to combine the idea of what first seemed like two separate worlds. So my whole life I have tried. I have learnt more about my gifts, and stayed faithful to my faith. But then I heard people left the church because it seems impossible to combine the two. So I am here, to try and mend the rift. To show that it is possible to be both LDS and to have, and use, our spiritual gifts. I am not alone on this journey, but my sister, who just is waking up to her spiritual gifts is by my side and she will also share her story.
Jesus Christ, our older brother, was a healer. He asked us to love one another. So let´s follow in his footsteps. Please join me on this journey, let´s make a community of strong spiritual LDS, or whatever religion you belong to, and all work together to make this world a better place.

Episode 5: I AM A CHILD OF GOD
March is here and spring is coming so here is the 2021-03-03 episode!!! This episode is about my journey in understanding what it really means to be a child of God! In this episode I am telling two really personally stories from my life, one from a time when I was really depressed as a teenager and what turned it all around. The other story is very dear to my heart, it is about my baby brother who did not survive, so yes, it brings me to tears every time I think about him, but I felt the need to share this with you. After the episode I included the Connect to the Divine Meditation for you! So here I am, firm in the belief that I am a Child of God. And so are you! Be the Light. Share the Light. Spread the Light. Shine!

The next episode that will be released is Episode 5! It´s coming on the 2021-03-03 and it will include an Affirmation Meditation. But since I don´t want you to have to wait a whole month for an episode so I decided to add in shorter bonus episodes in between. Once a week to be more exact! So today I will dive into the Book of Mormon, which is an LDS scripture. We see it as another testament of Jesus Christ, to be used alongside with the Holy Bible. So we will read the whole book, chapter by chapter, and look for the spiritual elements that can be found it it. Be the Light. Share the Light. Spread the Light. If you are in love or happily married Valentines Day can be a day where you show a little extra attention and love. But for people who are single, or have been abandoned, Valentines Day can be quite the opposite, a reminder that you are alone! So, this week, I decided to do somethings different. We will release 2 episodes! One today, a few days before Valentines, so that anybody who feels alone have some time to get in touch, either by email or on Messenger through our FB page!
