Episode 4: THE POWER OF THOUGHT

It is already February and here is the 2021-02-02 episode!!! This episode is about The Power of Thought. Just how powerful do you think your thoughts are? As I started combining different information I have learnt throughout the years, I´ve become more aware that our thoughts are way more powerful than we believe. At the end, I also included an Affirmation. The two words "I AM" are considered to be the post powerful words there are, so feel free to let these affirmation help you on your way to becoming a better version of yourself. Be the Light. Share the Light. Spread the Light. Shine!

We didn´t intend to do meditations to the Bonus episodes, but as we are starting to introduce the 12 point chakra system, one episode every month, this episode will always come with a Meditation!

Bonus Episode 009 - The Earth Star Chakra with Meditation
A new year and in this Bonus episode we embark on the journey of the 5D chakras. There is 12 of them and each month we will talk about them in turns and bring we will end each episode with a meditation. Bonus Episode 007 - Book of Mormon - 1 Nephi Chapter 2
The next episode that will be released is Episode 4! It´s coming on the 2021-02-02 and it will include an Affirmation Meditation. But since I don´t want you to have to wait a whole month for an episode so I decided to add in shorter bonus episodes in between. Once a week to be more exact! So here is the seventh Bonus episode where I will dive into the Book of Mormon, which is an LDS scripture. We see it as another testament of Jesus Christ, to be used alongside with the Holy Bible. Thoughts &  Training 005 - CHRISTMAS - Honesty vs. Rudeness + my Christmas Song
