On this episode of Le Run Down I spoke with Darren Weldrick fresh off his 660km relay race from Toronto to Montreal. An event he created just a few years ago.
Darren’s been running for a long time and as he teaches his athletes, has made it a part of his lifestyle. For him, running is a passion, a hobby and he’s also turned it into a career, coaching running all over Toronto.
We discuss how running culture has changed over the years, best training practices, and ways we can strengthen our bodies. You won't want to miss our talk, hope you enjoy!
