I would love to hear your take-away. Share it be here.

If you study anyone who has been successful in their career or life you will find that they have a growth mindset.  A growth mindset is the belief that abilities and situations can be improved by persistency, dedication and hard work.  A healthy growth mindset starts with understanding of the current situation, a vision of where you want to grow and then taking the actions to get there.  In this podcast I talk about 4 steps to get you there.

    1. Take a Snapshot of where you are and take a Snapshot of where you want to be/
    2. See what you NOTICE from those snapshots, the positive and negative.
    3. HARVEST the most valuable pieces and lessons from those snapshots.
    4. Be THANKFUL for the each day you have to notice and harvest.
