Something that I’ve recently realized, Is that the more often I am publishing content, the more often I am having these, “mini ah-ha moments”, and other realizations throughout the day.

I started recording them, just for myself… That way I can refer back to them when I am recording podcast episodes, when I make Instagram posts, or when I’m making any contact for all of you...
