I was asked recently as I joined a financial coaching group, what is one word that comes to mind when I think about money? Reflecting on this and becoming aware of the fear I have of failing and losing all that I have was profound! Listen in as I share my thoughts this week, as you join me on this journey of building my financial future.
How many of you worry about the nay-sayers in your life? So many times, we stop going after our goals and desires because we fear what others will think or say about it. Or we continue to play small because we actually begin to believe that we are exactly what others say we are...or are not. This week, I want us all to challenge ourselves and keep pushing forward on our goals for 2024, even when we know others are out there, rooting for us to give up! What a difference that would make!

Welcome back y'all! It's already week #2 in 2024...how are you showing up this year? I am currently getting ready for an upcoming workshop with a group of my colleagues and while preparing our materials, one of the ladies in my group was talking about eagles and chickens. She was saying how she wants to be with eagles...because they soar, they show up with a presence in life. I found this to be a profound thought! Listen in as I talk about it this week on Strong: Inside and Out!
Happy New Year! I know 2024 is going to be amazing for us all! As we start the new year, I know we are all planning and setting our goals for the year. But do we set our intentions for how we show up? First impressions are key and you truly are your business card. I challenge you this week to think about how you are showing up and if it matches how you want to be regarded in this new year.
Strong: Inside and Out is looking for a male counterpart to join in on weekly episodes that would feature thoughts from both genders as we work through all things in life that make us strong. If you are interested or know someone who would be great, please reach out! I am excited for how the show is going to grow this year and cannot wait to find the perfect match to bring you all the best.
Welcome back y'all! #sleepdivorce is a current trend out there in the world...well, at least according to the cast on the Today Show. Have you heard of it? 2023 is quickly coming to an end and it is time to get started looking at what went well for me, what did I learn about, and what do I need to focus on going into 2024. Reflecting on the year is one of my most important tools that I use to develop my goals and plans for the new year. Listen into this week's episode and learn about my own reflection process as I move through December.
