In this episode of the Lead with Lois podcast, I’m sharing the four components of self-leadership. There are a lot of differing opinions on the most important components of self-leadership, but I’m sharing the ones that are the most important to me! I’ll share exercises, journaling prompts, and examples to help you start developing in each of the four components today.
The Four Components of Self-Leadership:
Self-awareness: your ability to understand your own emotions and their impact on your performance.
Self-efficacy: your belief in your ability to effect change and achieve your goals.
Self-motivation: your internal drive to achieve your goals.
Self-resilience: your ability to cope with and bounce back from stress, setbacks, uncertainty, and generally challenging situations.
