  • S1E33 Unlearning to Remember: A Reflection on Inner Knowing
In this week’s episode, I invite you into a space of stillness and deep reflection. Through a guided moment of grounding and breathing, we explore the idea that the guru, the teacher we so often seek outside ourselves, actually lives within us. I reflect on how true masters serve only as mirrors - pointers towards our own hidden wisdom - and how real transformation begins when we recognise ourselves in that reflection.
Instead of striving to become someone else or endlessly searching for answers outside, I gently encourage you to trust your own stillness, your own inner voice. Wisdom is not something we acquire but something we remember. It’s an unlearning, a shedding of all that hides our true self.
Through quiet practices like breathing, journaling, and deep listening, we can return home to the knowing that we have never really left. You are not broken, and you are not lacking. You already carry the wisdom you seek within your own heart.

  • S1E32 The Horses That Helped Me Heal
In this episode, I talk about how healing often starts from a place of deep discomfort and uncertainty - especially when you’re doing it alone. I reflect on my own journey and how the real healing began not just when I left toxic people or places, but when I turned inward. It’s not about fixing what’s wrong on the outside but finding your true self again - the awareness behind the human experience.
I share how passionate I am about healing and how much I wish I could help everyone see the beauty in it, even though I know everyone must move at their own pace. I’ve realised that no one is exempt from needing healing - even people who appear to have it all together. And it’s a privilege to witness others on their journey, to give them space, and to trust their soul knows what it’s doing.
I also open up about my own fears while building my dream business - offering coaching with the help of my horses. These horses, especially my two free-living Arabians, have been my greatest teachers. I’ve raised them to live freely, to have a voice, and to choose whether they want to engage. They’re not just animals to me - they’re deeply intuitive beings who create a safe space for healing and connection.
In this work, the essence is creating safety and connection - because only then can true healing happen. And it’s not about traditional therapy; it’s about returning to the body, waking up, laughing, playing, and discovering our true nature again. Horses are incredible at guiding us there.

  • S1E31 How to Get Your Partner to Really See You
Feeling stuck in your relationship? Like you’re speaking but not being heard - seen but not really known? This episode dives into why so many of us end up trapped in cycles of disconnection, resentment, and loneliness - even with people we love. And more importantly, how to shift it. I share what happens when we stop trying to fix our partner and start meeting ourselves. This is about the moment things begin to change - not with blame or control, but with presence, softness, and real connection. If you’ve ever wondered, ‘Can we find our way back to each other?’ - this one’s for you.

  • S1E30 How do you know when it’s time to leave a relationship?
In this episode, I speak from the heart about a question many of us carry quietly: How do you know when it’s time to leave a relationship? Not from a checklist or a mental analysis, but from a deeper place—the heart, the soul. I explore how stillness, presence, and inner peace are essential before making any life-altering decisions. I talk about how leaving in anger or pain only continues the same patterns, and how the real work is always within. We can’t run from our pain—it travels with us.
I share how real clarity comes when we choose love, not fear, and how relationships are mirrors that show us our unresolved wounds. If we learn the lesson, we are free. But if we leave to escape, the lesson repeats.
Whether you’re deciding about a partner, a job, or any life change—the guidance remains the same: ground yourself in stillness, lead with love, and let your heart, not your fear, guide you gently forward.

  • S1E29 Letting Go Without Losing What You Love
Many people misunderstand surrender and letting go, thinking it means giving up on their family, their possessions, or their desires. But true surrender isn’t about losing what’s important to us - it’s about releasing control, fear, and the need to manipulate outcomes. It’s about trusting life, recognising that there is a greater force at work, something far beyond our comprehension that is guiding everything.
Fear keeps us clinging, striving, and grasping for control. It convinces us that if we let go, things will fall apart, or worse - that we are not worthy, not enough, not lovable. But when we surrender, we stop resisting life. We stop shrinking ourselves to fit into the small confines of our mind and body. We allow ourselves to expand beyond our fears, beyond the illusion of separation, into a deeper trust that life knows what it’s doing.
This surrender is not passive - it’s not about apathy or disengagement. It’s an active opening of the heart, a conscious decision to align with love rather than fear. As we awaken, we realise that our role is not to force others to wake up but to create a nourishing, loving environment where growth can happen naturally. When we surrender, we become vessels of love, radiating kindness, compassion, and connection.
Letting go doesn’t mean losing - it means expanding. It means releasing the struggle so that life can flow through us freely. It means recognising that we are part of something far greater than we ever imagined and trusting that we are exactly where we need to be.

  • S1E28 Why Changing Your Life Doesn’t Work (And What Actually Does)
In this episode, I explore the idea that real change doesn’t come from trying to fix things externally—it comes from shifting how we see ourselves. So many of us spend our lives trying to improve our circumstances, thinking that if we just get the right job, relationship, financial security, or even the right mindset, then we’ll finally be happy. But if we’re honest, how often does that actually work?
I’ve realised that most of our desires—whether it’s success, security, or recognition—aren’t really about those things at all. Deep down, what we are actually searching for is connection. But when we tie our sense of safety and fulfilment to things outside of us, we’re always left wanting more. No matter what we achieve, there’s always something else.
True freedom doesn’t come from fixing or improving ourselves. It comes from stepping outside of the unconscious patterns that keep us stuck—patterns we don’t even realise are running our lives. Instead of constantly striving and trying to control everything, the real transformation happens when we let go. When we surrender.
Finding stillness is what allows us to step out of the mind’s endless loops and see things as they really are. It’s in that stillness that we stop chasing happiness and start experiencing life as it unfolds, moment by moment. And when we do that, something shifts. We move through life with an open heart, no longer caught up in the illusion of striving, struggling, or needing things to be a certain way.
This episode is an invitation to consider:
What if we don’t need to do more to find peace?
What if all we need to do is stop running and simply be?

  • S1E27 You’re Not Too Busy to Heal—Here’s Why
This episode explores the belief that “I don’t have time to heal” and how it keeps people stuck in survival mode. Many feel overwhelmed by responsibilities—work, family, bills—believing they can’t afford stillness. But true healing isn’t just about personal well-being; it impacts those around us, especially our children and loved ones.
The episode challenges listeners to examine how they spend their time and energy, asking: Are there things you do that no longer serve you? Could you create space for healing by letting go of unnecessary commitments? Healing isn’t a selfish act—it’s a collective process. The more we heal, the more we uplift others.
However, slowing down is scary because it forces us to face emotions we’ve buried for years. Our unresolved pain doesn’t disappear; it builds up like a locked basement full of emotions waiting to surface. When we finally stop, these feelings emerge, making stillness feel unbearable at first. That’s why people often continue in chaos—it’s familiar, automatic, and doesn’t require facing the discomfort within.
But healing is necessary. The exhaustion so many feel isn’t just from daily life; it’s from using energy to suppress emotions. The episode encourages listeners to take an honest look at their lives, make small changes, and allow stillness to be a space for healing rather than something to fear.

  • S1E26 When Life Knocks You Down, This Is How You Get Back Up
What happens when life strips away all distractions, and you’re left alone in the dark—just you and your thoughts? After a cyclone tore through my home, leaving me without power, internet, or connection to the outside world for days, I was forced into stillness. And in that silence, I realised something shocking: I had been living with my heart completely shut down.
Caught in survival mode, I was lost in fear, control, and judgment—trying to predict, plan, and manage everything. But when you lock your heart away, there’s only one place left to go: the mind. And the mind will keep you running in circles, rehashing the past to control the future, keeping you stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from life.
But then something shifted. The storm outside mirrored the storm within me, and suddenly, I saw what I had been doing. I had been fighting life instead of surrendering to it. And in that moment of surrender—of letting go—I found my way back to my heart.
This episode is about that moment. That moment that will change everything. The moment we stop fighting, stop judging, and start trusting. If you’ve ever felt lost, trapped in fear, or like you’re just trying to “get through” life, this conversation is for you.
It’s about the leap—the one we all have to take to truly be free.
Sending so much love to you,

  • S1E25 The Power of Choice: How Your Thoughts Shape Your Life
This week I dive into something that’s been on my mind: Joe Dispenza’s work. I avoided him for years, assuming he was just another self-help businessman. But something drew me in recently, and I’m glad it did. His way of explaining the power of our thoughts, using science rather than spirituality, has given me a new language to articulate what I’ve always known.
Dispenza’s research shows how our thoughts literally shape our physical health—our immune system, our brain function, even the proteins our body produces. He shares a simple but powerful truth: if you practice being angry, you’ll get really good at being angry. If you practice being kind, you’ll get really good at being kind. So why not choose what nourishes you?
I also reflect on my own journey, from discovering spirituality through Eckhart Tolle and Mooji to understanding that whether we call it “science” or “spirituality,” the core truth remains the same. The challenge is in letting go of old patterns—of stress, resentment, and pain—and stepping into something unknown but healing.
Are you ready to take control of your inner world? Listen in.

  • S1E24 Not Mine: Noticing What’s Already Inside You
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by emotions and triggers, only to realise that the feeling was already there before anything even happened? In this episode, I share a personal experience that helped me see this so clearly—how my body reacted to stress, how a deep emotional trigger later in the day felt exactly the same, and how that revealed something powerful: it’s not the outside world that creates our emotions, but the patterns already within us.
When you understand this, everything shifts. Instead of trying to control what happens around you, you can work through what’s inside you—so nothing can hit you the same way again.
I also talk about practical ways to create space between yourself and your emotions. If you’re struggling with strong emotions, I hope this episode gives you a new perspective and some tools to help you navigate them.

About Lead with Love

From the publisher's feed

Welcome to Lead with Love, a podcast for those on a journey of self-discovery.
Here, I focus on living with love, embracing freedom, and supporting one another in our spiritual growth.
I have found it incredibly difficult to heal in a society that is so focused on the mind and body, and I struggled in the early days of my journey to find an anchor to help me break out of my shell and unfold into my true being.
I now have an urge in me to share my experiences and to keep nudging others and myself towards keeping an open heart and continually recognising the ego wanting to creep into our daily lives.
I couldn’t find a space where i could go for spiritual support, so why not create one myself.
I hope this podcast will be helpful to others. I know it will help me on my own journey, to find a voice and continually open my heart to the world. I invite you to join me in an unfolding of the truth within ourselves, so we may heal and become the change we wish to see in the world.

“Spiritual work is the art of being able to look directly at death and directly at suffering. The ability to keep your heart open in hell, to look at what is, look at all of it.
