Join us in this conversation with Dr. Rachelle Strawther a life-long student and practitioner of leadership. Her life journey has taken her to Ethiopia and Kenya where she learned some key life lessons that she shares with us! Delve into conversation about how we can model as leaders the coming together instead of polarization that seems to be occurring in our world today. I know this one is a bit longer, but Rachelle is someone I can talk to for hours…and I know you will get some wonderful nuggets from our conversation!
Dr. Rachelle Strawther has designed and taught leadership courses at Gonzaga University for undergraduate, graduate, and professional programs; in her new role as Gonzaga's founding Director of the Center for Lifelong Learning, her mission is to create professional development and personal enrichment programs that can benefit people from all educational and socioeconomic backgrounds. Her guiding leadership mantra can be encapsulated in this African proverb: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
