Are you stuck, swimming or searching? Life get's muddy, and we can allow ourselves to build a home of fear with the materials at hand. 

What if there was more to live for and those to share their flame with our souls? 

Leading a group requires a destination. All people are different, but every group requires us to meet people where they are.

Things you do + Things they do. Which comes first in your experience as a small group leader? Maybe growth means something more specific then what you seek.

Everyone has an image of what's ahead of them. Whether that's clear or not, you will look a particular way in that image. What does it mean to you, to be where you are, with others, in the image you hold? If vision involves people, then it can be embodied. So what do we need to juggle all that?

Being in High School is full of twists and turns of the day-to-day. Many of us know that it's hard to know what to pay attention to when everything is new to us. Though friendships aren't new, they can set a momentary, and yet lasting impact on us. 

As I reflect on this experience 7 years removed, I think students have more to offer.
