Bijal Choksi, MA, CHPC, PCC is not your typical organizational psychologist; picture Wendy from the show "Billions," but with an extra dose of ethics. After decades working at some of the big 5 consulting firms, she is now a partner at HuWork, where she aims to ignite human inspiration in the workplace, transforming jobs into opportunities for personal development and fulfillment. MillerCoors, Newmont Mining, Toyota, AT&T, and Core Power Yoga are some of her clients.
Bijal’s vision is to increase diversity in leadership roles, primarily through executive coaching for women and underrepresented groups. She loves to elevate those whom others underestimate, because of personality, gender, race, or other factors. After conducting a market study with professional South Asian women and identifying common leadership challenges for this group, she now also leads a 3-week leadership accelerator program specifically for ambitious South Asian women whose companies will not pay for 1:1 leadership coaching. Bijal is proud alumna of Columbia University and the Wharton School of Business, and now guest lectures at Wharton on how to be a human-centered leader. She holds several certifications including in The Science of Happiness, StandOut Strengths, and PCC level from the International Coaching Federation. She is also a guest instructor at Miraval Resorts and Spa, where she leads workshops on how to be happier, build resilience, and cope with stress. Come visit her there!
