My dear friend and former Disney colleague, Camille, has set out to reimagine and reframe what retirement means for women. I am beyond honored she joined me for a conversation to learn more about her journey and her passion for starting this MYA movement to help inspire women to embark on their own self-leadership journey towards their dreams.
MYA's vision is for every woman to become, believe in and share her best self with the world. Empowering women to thrive and aspire for more. Encouraging and equipping them to create their own path forward.

We have bougie brews then we have old school brews my dad and father-in-law liked such as Yuban, Maxwell House, and Folgers. This episode is a tribute to the not-so-bougie brews and one of my favorite comedians, Jeff Foxworthy, and the importance to not take ourselves so seriously while still learning about leadership.

Lucrecia and I met at an author's event last year at the Downtown Orlando Public Library. After talking with her there and reading her book "All Things New" I knew I found a kindred spirit and wanted to share her story with all of you. I am so blessed she and I were able to have this conversation, where everything is on the table. Lucrecia takes us through the highs, the lows, and how she left the old behind and stepped into new freedom in her life. She's an inspiration to me.

Stay tuned for her upcoming project she talks about towards the end of the podcast.

What timing that this topic was already on my mind, when I saw this great quote.
"The people most drawn to power are usually the least fit to wield it. If we want leaders with integrity, we need to stop elevating narcissists, Machiavellians, and psychopaths. Exploiting others for personal gain is a violation of duty." - Adam Grant
Well said! In this episode, let's learn more about the various types of narcissism, and how we can Nespresso it out by replacing it with healthy leadership traits.

I've mentioned her many times in my previous podcasts as a transformational force in my life, and it is with so much excitement to introduce you all to MY coach - Bonnie Utley! So, let's slow way down, make a cup of tea, and get a notebook and pen, because this is no passive podcast. She blesses us all with things we can takeaway to deepen our lives and dreams.
To ask Bonnie any questions, or learn more about the Impossible Dream and Intentional Leadership coaching programs she mentions at the end of this episode, please email her directly at [email protected]. She promises to send you a personal response. Bonnie values connection. So, she prefers to personally connect with you rather than send you to a static website -- to really get to know you and what might be most helpful for you right now, even if it means guiding you in another direction. Bonnie is even offering several free Information Sessions over Zoom in August and September (2023), so that you can kickstart your own list of 100 Dreams for your life, and learn more about upcoming Impossible Dream programs and retreats taking place in Southern California, Magnolia in Waco, Texas and Italy. Bonnie looks forward to talking with you and hearing about your dreams!
