What is one area that you could give up power and grow one of your leaders?  What is holding you back from doing this?

Think on something that you have prayed for… has God already given you an answer or direction?  If so… why are you still waiting on the roof?

Leading at home!  Date your spouse - don't let complacency take over your marriage.

Do you enjoy what you do? Are you living out your purpose every single day?  If not, what is stopping you?  I encourage you to spend some time today or this week being honest with yourself.

How are you using your influence to make a positive impact on the world?  I encourage you to remove the excuses – you are important, you do have voice, and you can make a difference.

Who are you leading today?  You either look at the orchestra… or you look at the crowd, but you can’t do both.  The more you focus on leading your orchestra, the better the music will sound.

How are you utilizing your influence to lead?  Are you leaving scuff marks or carefully and precisely swinging each day?

What type of weather are you facing today?  Do not allow rain or flooding to take you off course.  One of the great things about your destination is this… there are multiple routes to take.  What is one thing you can do today that will put you back on course?

Spend more time with your kiddos than you do money.  If you find that you’re too busy to spend quality time with your children, then you really need to reevaluate your priorities.  

Sometimes, you have to drop everything and play hockey.
