“Here I am! I stand at the door and knock.  If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.” - Rev 3:20

God is knocking folks, but we have to open the door.  Prayer is a great tool that we have here on earth, but it also requires action on our part.  I encourage you to reflect on your prayers - what opportunities for action has God already placed in your life?

As a leader, it’s important that you are leading your family in all areas… including spiritually.

Where is your focus?  Are you allowing the negative situations of life to cloud the positive blessings that are right in front of you?  I encourage you to take in the beauty that is all around you today… even if your feet do get a little muddy.

Whats one thing you should start doing today and one thing you should stop doing today in order to be yourself?

“Sometimes God places a Goliath in your path so that you can find the David within.”

You may be facing a Goliath today, but know that God is in the battle with you.  Don’t allow the laughter, ridicule or taunting define who you are. Remember - “If God is for us, who can be against us.”

“The enemy wouldn’t attack you if something very valuable wasn’t inside you.  Thieves don’t break into empty houses.”

We must be prepared to ward off the daily attacks from the enemy… physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  As leaders, we should help those under our watch to fight battles as well. Everyone has value, EVERYONE!

“A kaleidoscope is filled with a bunch of broken pieces… yet, it still produces a beautiful picture when you hold it up to the light and look through it.”  

Don’t allow the broken pieces of your life take away from the beauty that you have to offer.  We can’t control the outside attacks, they’re going to come, but we can control how we react. I encourage you to leverage your story of brokenness to help someone who may be struggling… when we help others - we win!

Winners don’t like to lose.  If you want to win, surround yourself with other winners.  It will require a change in mindset, but I promise… it’s worth it.
