Girlfriend when you hear the word leader, who do you think of? Is this leader one who is telling you what to do all the time or one who has taken time to get to know you outside of your job? Do you want a leader who is only focused on the bottom line or a leader who sees you as more than just an employee or a number? Michele is a nurse who has opened her own consulting business to help get rid of toxic working environments and bring humanity back into the workplace. She has learned many lessons on her journey into leadership and now helps others grow their leadership. After hearing that some co-workers were trying to get her fired Michele did a lot of work to turn that toxic environment around. By helping her clients focus on self-care, communication, engagement, leadership, and understanding burnout she is helping leaders and employees create more functional and supportive work environments.
