Nick Eastwood is the CEO and Deputy chair of WASPS rugby team. Nick has taken WASPS from a failing business in Buckinghamshire to a thriving business in Coventry in the heart of the Midlands. He talks openly about the challenge of making some tough decisions and the honesty required to engage people.
