Friends and Loreheads, after two weeks of lore amounting to less than 1k words, we finally have some story to sift through. Our favorite Hand of Noxus Darius looks like a generic, beefy ax boy at first glance, but Riot went ahead and gave this big boy some brains and, yes, even a heart. Also I had too much wine, apologies.

We used our favorite word again with The Serpent's Embrace, Cassiopeia: Potential. Yet another champion that got left behind with the lore reworks.  Although she has some important sibling ties and literally killed another champion, Cassiopeia still feels like a nonfactor in the grand scheme of things. At least y'all get to hear Rebecca watch an old Dominion cinematic in real time.

While Camille, The Steel Shadow, might be an awesome lady, we're genuinely worried about the state of her feet. Can someone get this lady some cover-ups for her wildly sharp legs? This is important. But Camille manages to get beyond her scary, unreasonable appendages to do some dope stuff, so we still liked her.

Our favorite cheery Freljordian dad was a little disappointing lore-wise, which is something we just have to start getting used to, I guess. But Braum, the Heart of the Freljord, is a pure delight, although do you think he'd be more fun with a baby? Also, Riot, hire me to write Braum and Illaoi's love story please and thank you.
