The League Cup as we know it is set for a major overall as all 47 teams from MLS and Liga MX will compete in an expanded version of the tournament beginning in the summer of 2023. Luis Miguel Echegaray speaks with MLS commissioner Don Garber, Liga MX president Mikel Arriola and Concacaf President and FIFA Vice-president Victor Montagliani about the joint venture, their plans for a similar women's competition as well as the newly formatted Concacaf Champions League.
