Leap into Love host Kelly Canull, author of An Inward Journey: A Guide to Living Your Best Life, talks about stream of consciousness writing, which is a special form of inner monologue and is characterized by leaps in thought and fast writing. The thought processes are depicted as addressed to oneself. It is distinguished from dramatic monologue and soliloquy where the speaker addresses an audience.
Kelly was only 4 years old when she realized she could quiet all thoughts in her head and accurately interpret body language in older people. She could tell between a genuinely honest person and one who was not telling the truth.
She was only 15 years old when her friend’s mom invited her to work with a psychic. She did not have the intellect or maturity then but her family and friends recognized her talent in clairvoyance. She was requested to witness a psychic medium communicate with their departed loved ones. During that session, she picked up more messages from their departed loved ones than the psychic medium did receive. Using stream of consciousness writing, she was able to download and relay more messages coming from their loved ones who passed away.
In this episode, she helps us deliberate on:

- How to receive clarity and guidance and be able to speak from the heart

- She talks to people about raising their vibration i.e. become more positive, uplifting, creative, and open
