I was never a cheerleader, but I learned a ton from trying out... and NOT making the cheerleading squad 3 times. I learned the art of resiliency and how to pick myself up. I learned to redirect and ask deep questions. But most importantly, I learned that being on the cheer squad didn’t inherently make someone “better than” me. In this episode I talk about failing and what it can teach us.
