The American Dream is the belief that anyone, regardless of where they were born or what class they were born into, can attain their own version of success in a society where upward mobility is possible for everyone. The American Dream is achieved through sacrifice, risk-taking, and hard work, rather than by chance.
This is truly represented by LOF’s guest this week, Noa Ronen. Noa is an immigrant from Israel who moved to America with her husband in their late 20s. She had a successful life and career in Israel that she left; however, Noa had to get used to the new reality that every time she opened her mouth, people can hear that she is different and start from the beginning again.
This new reality taught her to see people and life situations from a new perspective and respect the different and different opinions. This is why her passion is to create bridges between people and enCourage others to keep challenging others and never settle on the norm so you can create the change you care about while stepping into BEyond leadership.
Noa brings over 20 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Talent and Development, Relocation, and Expatriate Coaching. Her first experience as a leadership coach was when I served in the Israeli Navy.
Since then, she has worked at the for-profit and the non-profit sectors, inside organizations and as an external consultant, I led employees for money and led volunteers for passion.
Noa shares with us how to overcome insecurities and find your voice. When you present value, people will want you to share that knowledge with them and others. Use this podcast to help learn how you can have the right mindset to achieve what you want in your life!
