Masaka is a sentence conjunction that is almost always used in a negative ending sentence. It can also be used on it's own and has some very interesting ramifications for Japanese language. I hope you find it interesting.

No not the elephant. Today we are talking about the sentence ending particle "zo" and how it is used in informal speech. This is one of my favorite grammar points as I learned it from a little kid while I was living in Nagano. It thought it was super cool.
