Do you have big hopes and dreams but you feel like giving up even before you start. You don’t know what your next step should be in the mountain peak is shrouded in fog.

What about if you're running a business and trying to talk to a prospect about a service you're offering?

You probably focus on your skills and experience, and your work ethic. All very important, but you may be making it difficult for yourself and for the person you're trying to sell your services to.

Here's a different approach...especially if you feel like an impostor.

Impostor syndrome isn't just about feeling that you're about to be found out as a fraud. It's also got some more subtle symptoms.

I created this podcast with minimal ambitions, so as to fight the perfectionist monster.

I started with no special microphone. 

I literally just hit record.

Two years and 140 episodes later, I've now got some assets - the episodes - which can be used to share with an audience across different podcast platforms.

There's a lot I could enhance - the podcast image. Create an email list to alert people as new episodes come out. Maybe associate episodes with chapters in a book I'm writing.

But none of that would have happened if I'd started with thinking it has to be perfect.
