Reflecting on the Joy Of Learning experience, post the eleven weeks of the COVID19 Lockdown period. Educators from Billabong High International School and The Fabindia School share how the sessions held them together in the period of turmoil, how they found social and emotional support, the skills they picked up, the trust they built and above all the love for learning was rekindled. Joy Of Learning (JOL) explores twenty-two values that can be taught through schools. This program will inspire you by using examples of where the values are already being used by children and adults in schools and share practical tools to stimulate discussion and philosophical debate. It will also help people to take stock of their values and how they wish to lead their life. In this episode, Sandeep Dutt with Cohosts  Kalyani Chaudhuri and RP Devgan explore how the two values are discovered in the class, at school and what goes into the making of a good school. For a better quality of life, we need the teachers to lead the children with love, they need to build an inherent quality in what they do together to bring learning to life. Can our society along with the desire of educators teach our children the values they need to take responsibility for living and learning? It's simple; the children are our future, it's our moral duty in schools to provide a Values-Based curriculum, and live a life of quality filled with the love of people and the environment.

Wears many hats as a professional - industry, real estate, forestry - he calls himself an accidental educationist and set up a school. Nurturing a legacy is challenging, people have high expectations and social wealth creation is never easy, Nandan is committed to bettering the lives of people in adverse situations and will do whatever it takes to help children become better citizens. His family has been living in the state of Jammu & Kashmir for near a century, he is hopeful about the future and has plans of promoting a new school in Kashmir or the Kangra Valley.

Dr Dass is a leading Educationist and Career-Consultant of the country has conducted career counselling programmes in more than 200 schools, colleges, professional institutes and universities in India and abroad. With doctoral studies at the University of Lucknow and London University as a fellow of the Indian Council of Historical Research (ICHR), she is an influencer in her own right. In this podcast, Dr Dass shares with us that change is happening all around and even more in us, we have to look inward to consciously alter or cope up with the change outside. Gen Z is the newest generation to be named and was born between 1995 and 2015, they have all the answers, we have to listen to them.

This foundation is focused on making a difference to children in Cambodia, specifically the street children of Phnom Penh and other cities. Chairperson, Australian Institute of Company Directors, Singapore Committee. Member, Advisory Board, Akshara Foundation, Indonesia - an Indonesian think tank. Peter has supported the Learning Forward India Foundation since its' very inception and is of the firm belief that quality education alone is the saviour for the world, particularly in developing countries, where we need to let each individual follow their heart and support them build on their core skills.

Episode #19: Sandeep Dutt in conversation with Monisha Datta, she did her schooling from different parts of the country, her academic accomplishments include BSC, PGDCA and MBA. She has worked as a corporate trainer and programmer with TATA but her passion to work with children eventually got her to leave the corporate sector and joined the education sector. Currently, she is the Principal of a school.

Episode #18: Sandeep Dutt in conversation with Anubha Goyal, she believes to be a successful person is one who is kind and compassionate, who has great values and can connect with other human beings. As an experienced school leader, the love of children and the compassion of her colleagues keep her going. For her education is building a value system for an individual and this can only happen in a happy environment. Happy teachers, happy children and the best possible environment make the school the best place to be. Being a people-first person is a firm believer of strong bonds amongst stakeholders and not systems that make a great institution.
