This week we talk with Bob Clark, HVACR Program Chair at the College of DuPage, Glen Ellyn, Ill. Bob talks about his CTE program at the college, and he is damn proud of the fact that the lab is built from within, from the students. They need the smarts and aptitude to apply what they've learned in the classroom to the lab to the field—the real world—successfully. We also ask Bob the $1 million question: what are we doing we wrong in attracting young, skilled people into the trades? You don't want to miss what the outspoken Mr. Clark has to say.
