Today, I'm evaluating the merit of the Happiness Hypothesis by Johnathan Haidt. This was a heavy book but it had many fantastic point and I'm glad I read it! It offers a fool-proof path to happiness through ideas posed by psychologists, philosophers, and ancient texts!
The Happiness Hypothesis may have a few holes though....

If you listen to any episodes of my podcast, I'm donating all my proceeds to the Innocence Project (the black vision collective doesn't need donations anymore so i'll be donating to whatever organization needs money!)! All the money I've made since starting my podcast and will make is all going to them as well!
Thank you all for listening. After watching Just Mercy I got a wake up call about a lot of ideas related to the BLM movement, including the lengths for justice, what defunding the police really means, and the difference that having resources does.

While staying at home for the last six weeks started out as a painful struggle, I've slowly developed better and healthier habits. The last six weeks have made me a better person and allowed me to develop healthier long-term habits. I know can accomplish so much more and don't feel like happiness is temporary. I not only feel empowered, but I feel like I have control over my future success!
I wanted to share with you all how you guys can achieve the same :)
