Since gyms are all shut down at the moment and I've been craving exercise, I decided to try working out at home! As someone who personally loves going to the gym and doing group exercise classes, I wasn't sure that home works would work for me. 

Even after gyms open up, I decided to evaluate if home workouts would be sustainable then.

Staying at home all day for weeks can definitely take a toll on oneself, so it is vital to stay healthy- both physically and mentally.
