This is an episode of birthday poems! So you can revisit it any time you wish. On your own birthday. On someone else's birthday. Or even just because. Isn't that the beauty of a podcast?
Today I wanted to share some formatted poetry: odes to be specific. I think odes are underappreciated little nuggets of appreciation and tribulation.
Today felt like the first real autumn day we've had where I am. So it felt like a good time to share some nature poems.
So this episode is a little bit unusual. Instead of poetry, we played a game and we started those conversations that the world needs more of. It is a continuation of a previous episode :)

This episode is composed of poetry that is speaking to me lately. Poems that entice me and inspire me. They are by a variety of authors.
So yesterday, was super busy. I worked and then was part of three different writing environments and here are the poems that resulted. Happy Thursday and thanks for tuning in!

This episode is composed of poems written by Sarah Kay, because I realize the atrocity - I've never made an episode for her work here. And it's some of the most magical stuff I've ever read/heard.
