The title "Ancient of Days" is only used in the book of Daniel and it has an interesting and intriguing meaning that we will explore along with the phrase "wear out the saints" as we study chapter 7 of Daniel.

Imagine someone is trying to trip you up or get you in trouble at work but they can't think of anything! That is what happens with Daniel but that does not stop them from trying to cause him harm. There is quite the contrast between Nebuchadnezzar's words before and after his fall. There are also similarities between his story and the prodigal son's that we will explore today.
