My name is Lee H. I am a proud member of CA. My journey of recovery began in August 2023 and I finished my 12 steps in January 2024. I was in active addiction for 22 years, crippled by PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction and self-loathing. Thanks to the 12 step programme and my higher power, I now have a life filled with peace, love, happiness. Just for today, I am free from all the negative things that kept me experiencing love and worth for oneself and others. I hope my share today will demonstrate how we can be the alchemists of our life and transmute hatred into love.
