EP128 was our chance to comment on the the debut of Nick Foligno. Most importantly it was a win. Some positive things to build off of with another veteran in the room and on the ice.
In EP127 we did a Pre/Post around the return of the Covid riddled Canucks. We all saw how it turned out. We took questions and that usually means trouble.
Curley Brewing Co in London tickled Sean's taste buds with with an Experimental IPA while Trevor was less whelmed by Steel and Oak Radiant Things Hibiscus Grapefruit Pale Ale courtesy Liquor Planet
EP126 had a feel good tribute to Jack Campbell. A little Gally talk and some speculation on the trade deadline.
Wyatt at Liquor Planet hooked Trevor up with a Zonkey Barrel Aged Ginger & Lime Brown Ale from Phillips Brewing Company.
Sean went with an old favorite the Naughty Hildegard from Driftwood Brewery.
On EP125 we had a little chat before and after the Leafs OT loss vs the Oilers. We focused on the play of JT and the PP as well as Michael Hutchinson. Wyatt from Liquor Planet hooked Trevor up with a Hijack IPA from Citizen Brewing Company in Calgary while Sean loved his Double Exposure Double IPA from Cowbell Brewing in Blyth, Ontario.
We got the band back together for EP124.
Sean, Tommy and Trevor x2 looked back at the first 30 games, talked about goaltending (obviously) and checked the tape on our preseason predictions.
Fieldhouse Brewing, Pile O Bones, Curley and Lighthouse Brewing were all represented on this EP.
EP123 returned us to a little pregame/postgame fun around a Jets game. The result was fun but the journey was rocky.
Curley Beer in London, Ont hit another one out of the park for Sean with an 8.2% Double IPA while Wyatt at Liquor Planet kept the good times Sour for Trevor with a Peach Sour from Wild Ambition Brewing in Kelowna BC
Lots to celebrate on EP122. B2B shut out wins vs the Oilers with depth goaltending.
Also Curley Brewing Company in London, Ont hooked Sean up with an East Coast IPA that hit all the notes. Trevor had the usual surprise beer from Liquor Planet that turned out to be anything but the usual.
We ducked down to Buffalo to see what a dumpster fire looks like in our Crossing the Border segment.
On EP121 we recapped the Calgary games and all the weirdness that went along with it. We took some listener questions and shared our thoughts on the Lake Tahoe games.
We enjoyed a Plum Sour from Wild Ambition Brewing courtesy our Friends at The Liquor Planet
On EP120 we recapped the 3 game series vs Ottawa.
We also gave some much deserved love to Auston Matthews.
Then we extended our South of the Border segment and took a look at all 4 divisions to date to see if any trends are emerging.
Thank you The Liquor Planet for the Breakfast of Champions Coffee Lager from Riot Brewing
