Everyone is a slave to something. Romans 6:15-23 Paul draws a sharp contrast between being a slave to sin and being a servant of righteousness. Every life serves a master—either sin that leads to death, or obedience that leads to life. Come and see how the gospel frees us to live as God’s servants, with holiness now and eternal life ahead.

When we are in Christ, we die to sin. Our old self is buried and we are resurrected from the sinful life into the life led by Christ.

Our standing with God through justification gives us peace and access into God's Grace so that Christians can rejoice in the hope of God and rejoice even in our suffering. We are heirs of God's family. Let's live like it! Please read Romans 5:1-11

Is anyone truly good? Paul delivers a sobering yet liberating message in Romans 3—reminding us that all have sinned and fall short of God’s glory. But the chapter doesn’t end there. In the midst of our hopelessness, God offers righteousness—not through our works, but through faith in Jesus Christ.

The Nature of Sin and God's Judgement

There are aspects concerning God that tend to make us uncomfortable. God's wrath is one of those characteristics. This week, we will be searching the scriptures to understand more about God and who He is. We will learn what happens when we don't treat sin as seriously as we should and we will get a new understanding about the Wrath of God.

Join us as we begin our journey through the book of Romans. In the opening verses, the apostle Paul introduces the gospel as the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. What does it mean to live unashamed of the gospel in a world full of compromise? How does the righteousness of God change everything?

In a time when "everyone did what was right in their own eyes," Israel plunged into moral chaos, violence, and civil war. What do these ancient events have to say to us today?
