South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia all reopen at the height of the pandemic. North Carolina still under shelter in place order, but two reopen rallies have been held.

Phone hearings have replaced in person and video hearings for at least the next few months. Here’s how I’ve seen it work in my practice.

These days Americans are selfish and stupid. Everything needs to be shut down. Every governor needs to issue a shelter in place order right now. No more wandering around like nothing is wrong. People need to act responsibly and stay home. If not, they need to be forced to.
